Can I list and manage ebay like with new platform.

I didn't see any post sale management tools in the new platform.

Hi there,

Thanks for your interest in the Vendio Platform. Yes, you can manage post-sale activities on the new Platform, however, I notice that you are currently using our advanced inventory, customer management, and reporting features of Vendio Sales Manager. Because of this we recommend that you hold off on joining the Beta program at this time. Not only is it an entirely new interface, but you will not currently have access to any current account settings, preferences, templates, items, post-sale data and some of your applications.

We are working hard toward creating an automated process that will transition your account and avoid disruption to your business. The automated migration process will make it much easier for you to switch as it will require much less manual work to get the account up and running. We will make an announcement as soon as the migration process is ready.

Thanks for the answer Diane.

Actually what I 'm trying to do is use the current platform with a new and different ebay ID.I hope this will allow me to play with and get used to the new platform.

Now some questions:

1.When I click to activate "post sale management" a screen comes up asking for my cc info. There is no mention of fees for "post sale management". I would like to know the fees before I sign up.

2.let say I have created a coupon of 15% for a future purchase.If a customer bought items from ebay and then use vendio checkout, will the coupon apply to ebay purchases.I don't want the coupons to be applied to ebay purchases.Is there a way to make the coupons valid only for vendio store purchases.

Hello,

This is in reference to your 'pks9' account correct?

1. There are no specific Post Sale Management costs. There is a fee for using the new Vendio platform. When your logged into your new account, go to the My Account page and click on 'My Product Plans.' From here you can enable the Sales Manager service (which like your current Vendio account you would need to use Post Sale tools.) At the bottom of this page is a link to 'Vendio Fees Policy' that will breakdown all the costs for the new system.

2. The coupon system is for your checkout in general and unfortunately is not site specific. If you give someone a coupon they would be able to use it for anything they purchase from you provided they enter it during checkout (and use your Vendio checkout of course)
