110351651809 is the number. I launched using Vendio, the auction is running does not show up in Sales Manager (active). I have run the import utility twice, no help. According to eBay I have 359 active auctions, according to Sales Manager 355.
Thanks,
Dave

Hello Dave,
I'm not sure what happened here, but the problem should now be corrected. I was able to locate the listing in your list of closed listings. I used the Vendio refresh button, and the listing is now showing in your list of active listings in Vendio. Please let us know should you continue to have this problem.
Edited to add: I located two other items with a similar problem, and corrected them as well. Please let us know should you continue to see this problem in the future.
Regards,
Nathan

Thanks Nathan,
According to My eBay I have 359 active items, Sales Manager now shows 358. If I figure out what's causing this discrepancy I'll let you know.
I was able to locate the 359th listing and correct the problem. Your Vendio count now matches your eBay count. Please let us know should you need further assistance.

Hi, I am experiencing the same problem. My ebay active auctions are numbering 52 now. But, my active listings at Vendio are only 27. The remaining 25 at Vendio are in my Closed file. What is up? And when I try to go to an individual auction at Ebay, it won't work. Only the ones that are erroneously in the Closed File are not accessible for shoppers on ebay. While the active ones at Vendio are accessible. Please help before my auctions close. ebay id r-d-antiques (don't forget the hyphens) Thanks, from Ruben Jr.

Hello Ruben,
I checked your account, but there were already 50 items showing in your list of active listings. I did notice a problem with two listings, and I refreshed them for you, which appears to have corrected the problem.
