Hi Guys received a message from ebay this morning that an item that I listed last night is missing the gallery picture. Is it possible for you to fix it?I tried with no success. It is item as follows.
"French Majolica Pottery Frog Absinthe Pitcher 220389367037"
I want the photo of the frog facing left. I believe it has a -001 after the JPG. Thanks, Steve

Hi again, the missing gallery photo is listed under "image hosting" in my "pottery an glass" section and is listed as:

frogpitcher3.jpg

Please help. Thank you, Steve

Hello Steve,

The problem is that the item was listed with the image "frogpitcher3_001.jpg", which is no longer stored in your Vendio account.

To correct the problem, please use eBay's gallery correction form and enter the URL for the correct image "frogpitcher3.jpg".

The eBay gallery correction form can be located here:

The URL for your image is:

http://imagehost.vendio.com/bin/imageserver.x/00000000/cyberageart/frogpitcher3.jpg
