If this has been brought up before, my apologies, but I'm curious as to why the Control Summary Panel shows a list of 50 Closed auctions (I may have chosen that) but when I click on the All Closed link, it defaults to showing only 20 listings?
Everytime I want to go further back into my closed listings I have to wait and wait (I'm on broadband BTW, but slowness is another story) for the default of 20 to eventually load, then I have to click on the new quantity of 50, and only THEN I can finally go to page 2, etc.
Why doesn't the first page of ALL CLOSED show the same number (50) as the Control Panel Summary page? I don't understand.
Thanks, Terre

Hello Terre,
I changed the default view for the All Closed section in your account to 100 for you. You may set this to any range between 20 and 100 from within your Vendio account by going to "My Account" --> "Sales Manager Display" --> then edit the range for the "Detail auction view listings per page". There are some other default view options that you may change on this page, as well.

Hey thanks Nathan!! That makes so much more sense. I thought it was only the Control Panel where I could change the default number of certain things. I guess I should go check out what other changes I can make. Thanks for the reminder tip.
As for slowness, I went back to the Control Panel, and clicked on All Closed (to see my new 100 list), and it took a full 2 mins and 11 secs for the page to load. Same amount of time as wanting to view only 20. And the same slowness happens when I want to launch a new listing or even a relist. It takes FOREVER to load the pages. Even a refresh is agony.
Why is that? I have a pretty fast satellite connection, and my temporary internet files cache is not overflowing. I don't seem to have this slowness on other sites, so I'm wondering why this seems to be an ongoing problem.

Hello Terre,
If you try using a different browser, do you get the same slowness? Or does it work better for you? Please try using a different browser, such as Mozilla Firefox, and let us know whether or not it gives you the same problem. Also, does this always happen for you, or does it only seem to happen sometimes? (If only sometimes, is there any pattern to it -- like a specific time of day?)

Morning Nathan (West Coast here),
Actually, I haven't tried it with Firefox. Never even occurred to me.
I have a few auctions to list tonight. I already have three listings ready to launch that I did with IE, so I'll do the last two with Firefox. When I'm done, I'll report back.
And the slowness with IE is all the time, not sporadic.
