Hi: Since yesterday, when we received our new Visa cards, I've been on Vendio 6 times trying to enter the new information. No matter what I do, I get a "denied" message.

I've entered the info, clicked on "save" (should I not do that?), and immediately am denied.

Meanwhile, my account has been "past due" for 3 days. Please help. ~Adele

Hello Adele,

We don't really handle billing related issues in a public forum. I am sending you a list of suggestions to try through email, and you should expect to receive it shortly.

Regards,
Nathan

Thanks! I've updated the credit card info. Now, one more question: Vendio is saying it may take 24-48 hours to make the changes. I have auctions ending Monday evening. If my account is "inactive" for 24-48 hours, does that mean no one can see or bid on my current auctions?

Hello Adele,

Your buyers would continue to be able to view and bid on your current auctions (even if your Vendio account had been disabled -- although Vendio hosted images would not be visible in that case). Note that the account wasn't past-due long enough for us to actually deactivate any of your services. Also, I have cleared the past-due status for you until our system processes the charge.

Regards,
Nathan

Hi: I just checked, and the Vendio-hosted images are showing in the auctions. Thanks so much for your help.
