I keep getting a warning in red on the top of the Vendio pages that says:
"Warning: Unable to fetch information from eBay. This is because either your authorization allowing us to send and receive listing information to eBay has expired, or your eBay ID login information was changed on eBay but not updated on Vendio. Please verify your username and password at eBay, and then update your information..."
I didn't change anything, and I got no notice that the token would be expiring, but I went in and updated it anyway, but I'm still getting the notice. Please check and see what the problem is.
I took a look at your account, and I was able to see that your eBay token is currently valid. Also, I was unable to see this message in your account. If you are still seeing the message, and you haven't already, please try clearing your browser cache and see if that makes a difference. Please let us know if it does not.

There is currently an eBay problem where they are not sending notification for sales for fixed price and store listings. In order to workaround the problem, please refresh the listings in Vendio and you should be able to see them in your post-sale. This can by done by first locating the listing(s) in your list of active listings. Then select the listing(s) and click the Vendio "Refresh" button. Please note that it can sometimes take 10 - 15 minutes for the listings to show in your post-sale. Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this after taking those steps.

FYI: I also had several store sales that did not get advanced to the Vendio "sold" status this past week.

The thing is if you don't notice that one of these items was sold, we don't follow-up with it. Its only if the buyer actually completes the transaction or emails about it, that we even know its been sold. I sell a lot of items, and I've lost several sales over the years due to this problem. As far as the suggestion to refresh the listings, that's great when we suspect an item was sold that isn't showing up, but that's rarely the case. When you have many items listed in your store, it's very time consuming to refresh each and every page. I've suggested this before, but I'll do so again, it would be great if you had a way to re-fresh ALL the listings at one time. Then we could maybe do this once a day to work around this problem.
