I am having similar problems to a previous post when trying to use xpress publisher.This was your solution.
Try this - go to your image folder. If you don't see a sidebar with the File and Folder tasks menu click Tools -> Folder Options, and under the "General" tab, check "Show common tasks in folders", then Apply and OK. Once the sidebar is added, you should see the "Publish this folder to the Web" option. Click this, and on the third page (Where do you want to publish these files) you should see the Vendio Image Hosting icon. If you don't please let us know what operating system you are using
I don't know what I am missing, but I cannot locate any of the sidebars,tool tabs,folder options,general tab or anything else you refered to.What am I doing wrong.

Hello Doug,
It's possible your not starting from the right point if you aren't seeing any of these options. The first step is going to the folder where your images are stored, not in any software programs that you may use to download or manage your images.
If your missing the links needed to use the Xpress Publisher, this is what your image folder would look like:
If your in a folder of pictures in Windows are see the above without any sidebar with options, you will need to do the following.
At the top of that window, click where you see the word 'tools' and then on 'folder options.'
Once you click on 'folder options' this is the page your going to see:
At the top click where it says 'Show Common Tasks....' and then click OK at the bottom of the window.
Once you click OK this same folder should now look like this:
