Hi,

My auction only has shipping costs for the USA, but a person in Canada wants to bid on one of my items.

How do I change the shipping cost on Vendio's invoice if he wins?

Many thanks,

Lynn

Hi Lynn,

From your Sales Manager page, click the 'all active' link, then select the item in question and click 'set WBN' and 'edit WBN' - where you can edit/add/delete the shipping options as needed prior to the listing closing.

Chris

Thanks Chris,

I'm using calculated shipping by Parcel Post and Priority in case someone wins in the USA. But I don't see a link for First Class International if the fella from Canada wins.

Should I just add a third option for a First Class fixed rate?

And for future reference.... is there a way to change the shipping cost after an auction ends?

Thanks again,
Lynn

Hello Lynn,

Yes, you should be able to add the shipping option as a fixed rate. You do also have the option of changing this after the auction ends. In order to do so, first select the post-sale item to edit. Make sure that step 2 is unchecked. Then click the "Edit Checkout and WBN" button in step 1 to make the changes.

Nathan

Is there a way to change the shipping on an active auction, short of closing it.

I edited the eBay calc., then tried editing the WBN hoping that it would work for the Vendio calc., but it does not.

I accidently put a handling charge of 100. instead of 1.00 on the calculated shipping field. Item number is 270406679210.

Thanks,
Susan

Hello Susan,

You can change the shipping cost so the WBN is correct, but you won't be able to fix the embedded Vendio calculator unfortunately. Since there is already an eBay calculator in the listing, just fix it for the eBay calc and the Vendio WBN and then delete the Vendio calc from the item description itself to avoid any confusion.

Chris

Thanks, Chris.
Your suggestion about deleting the Vendio embedded calculator solved the confusion dilemma.

Susan
