Now that the USPS has raised their rates through the roof and UPS has raised their rates through the stratosphere, we have ... along with numerous other dealers ... started to use Greyhound. The inconvenience to the customer of picking up at the bus depot is overwritten by the price savings (plus Greyhound has begun to offer local delivery). However, there is no option for Greyhound in your shipping options. If you poke through eBay's furniture section (especially in the antique furniture section), I think you'll see how common Greyhound has become as the shipper of choice.
Can you give some consideration to adding Greyhound in your shipping options?
Thanks as always for being a good service provider and listening to your customers!

Thanks for doing that but I'd really like to hear it was more than just put in the suggestion box. How hard would it be to add a shipping option - there are a lot of blanks down there at the bottom for custom options - why not just take one of them?
Question to other furniture sellers: Do you use Greyhound? Have you just migrated to Greyhound like we have because UPS and truckers are up in the stratosphere costwise?
