The Vendio shipping calculator is showing a different shipping quote than what the buyer sees at the top of the auction near the bid price (and on the search page). I had this pointed out by a potential bidder. The Vendio calculator gave them a higher quote (about $6 more). I had to see for myself so I used a different computer so that I could see an auction of mine from a buyers point of view since the seller view on my computer doesn't show the shipping at the top. I typed in my own zip and there was a difference between the one at the top and Vendio's calculator. You can probably see this if you check out tonight's ending auction and tomorrow's (Tot's and Bricks). I don't know what the Vendio techs auction page looks like but it has to be done from a buyers page (the old listing page that buyers still see). I checked out my closed auctions from last night and the same thing happened (Tracks). It seems to be happening on those that weigh more and have bigger box dimensions. By the way, where does the shipping quote generate that shows at the top near the bidding area?
There does appear to be some sort of error when calculating USPS Parcel Postage when the package designation is oversized 1.
The priority mail costs are dead on as are all of your parcel post listings that are not oversized.
The calculator at the very top of the page is eBay's, and it appears to be correct - the Vendio one is the only one showing this larger cost when you go to that second 'calculate' popup/page to view our shipping estimate.
We had to log this as a bug with the engineering team to dig into and will get back to you as soon as we have new information available.
