Most of the Vendio templates (eBay 320393207213) for example do not fit properly on the new eBay page design, but do fit properly on the old page design. This happens particularly when "pictures wrap right" is selected for the template format.
When these templates and formats are chosen and displayed in the "NEW" eBay page format, the template extends way beyond the computer screen view on the right. This makes it impossible for a potential buyer to read the description without having to constantly move the screen view left to right.
It doesn't look like this is just an issue with the new eBay templates, it's happening on the old page to view I view it there.
It doesn't appear to be the image layout either, there is plenty of space to move the data together yet, but there does appear to be an issue with these lines:
<hr noshade="noshade" size="4" color="blue">
Something about the eBay page isn't allowing these to resize the way they should. They preview ok on their own by just checking the raw code, and they even preview ok in Vendio, but once live on eBay there is some sort of problem causing that line to hold a specific width.
Try removing that line of code from the active item on eBay and see if that resolves the issue for you.
Tried taking the line format out, but same result. Vendio Template is still bigger (wider) than eBay template. Not a "line" problem. Has to be the template design.
I took a look at this item, but I was unable to see the problem (it fit on one page for me when using the new view). Could you please send us a screen shot of what you are seeing?
