Hi, I went under RESEARCH TOOLS and signed up for Ebay research. Where do I find it? If I go back to RESEARCH TOOLS it takes me right back to the page advertising it. Where do I actually get the tools? Thanks.
Is this for your account "dotrixart", or do you have a second account with us? I checked your account, but it appears that you did not successfully subscribe to the Research service. Please try to do so again, and let us know should you continue to have trouble.

Under Ebay Research Tools I click on button "sign up now"
When I do it takes me here:

Please try this process instead, and let us know should you continue to have trouble with this. Go to "My Account" --> "My Service Plans" --> then click "Enable Free Trial" below "Research" and follow the steps.

OK did that. It worked once. Now when I go to my service plans page it lists RESEARCH as 'trial'. How do I access it? When I click on RESEARCH TOOLS it takes me to this page:

If you haven't already, try clearing your browser cache. It could be that the old page from when you were trying to sign up before is stuck in the memory. If that does not work, can you get there by using this link?
