I noticed that Vendio, as promised, did revise my active items to include return policy. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU !!!!!!!
I just want to make sure that everything was revised .... can I ask how you did it? Did you revise items shown as "active" in my Vendio control panel or did you search for all my active items in eBay and then revise? I *THINK* I listed everything with Vendio and imported those that weren't listed but if I missed a couple would those items be revised as well?
Is this all that has to be done before Sept 15 if we never offered insurance in our listings? Handling time was awhile ago wasn't it? Did you revise everything to show handling time or did eBay...?
We automatically revised GTC items that were launched from Vendio originally, and did not have Return Policy & Handling Time details to add this information.
Items that were partially sold were not revised due an eBay limitation).
Return Policy & Handling Time information was set based on the information set under My Account > Site Specifics > eBay.

UH OH - so back in 2006 there was a period when I used eBay to put items in my store (they were listed and relisted through Vendio). I imported them and they appear in my "Active Panel" (I think they show n/a in the counter field)- those were not revised?
I just checked and I caught those last September when I used TL to do mass revisions - WHEW!
Should be good to go - crossing fingers that there aren't any stragglers.
