I have been having trouble getting CIS on my relists since the wee hours of this morning. Most of the items launched without them.
Recently there is a batch that has failed to launch with error:
Internal Database Failure. The auction data could not be retrieved from the database for Vendio ID 01awch00000000002032509854XX.

I tried to launch a copy by editing the listing and hitting the "copy" button at the top but those are failing too. It's getting so messy now that I don't know what I've launched and what I haven't!

Hello,
I apologize for the problems you are having with this. We did escalate a similar problem to our engineers earlier today, but I'm not sure whether or not that is the same problem that you have been running into. I checked your account, but was not able to currently see any pending errored listings. Are you still having this problem, or has it seemed to have cleared up?

I waited a bit and then tried again and the CIS were there and items launched without problems. Weird how this happens every once in awhile! Thanks for your help.

Thank you for the update! I just got confirmation from our engineers that there was a problem this morning that they had resolved (and it is likely the CIS problems were related to this). I apologize for the inconvenience.
