eBay is currently running a 33% off listing fees for auction listings, but when I preview the costs, it shows the regular costs. Will the fees be adjusted when eBay charges them, or does Vendio have to do some sort of adjustment to make sure we're getting the discount?

Hello,

The eBay preview always uses the default rates on the API, but if they are offering a special rate it doesn't matter where you list your items from - as long as you qualify, you'll get the special rates.

Chris

Is this true for the first 5 auctions items per month listed free? I have listed more than 5 auction items through Vendio and yet when I listed a few through eBay directly at the end of the month, the eBay-listed ones were free.

Hello Pixiamom,

Unfortunately, eBay does not extend that promotion for listings that are done through third party providers. The first five listings free each month is only available for listings that are launched directly through eBay.

Regards,
Nathan
