Hi there, I'm having trouble getting three cancelled listings to move from my active to my closed listings. It's been about 45 minutes that I've been waiting. Hmmmm. Any ideas about this? It's gonna be a long night for relists if this is going to go on in "primetime" on Sunday night.

Usually when this happens you can work around the problem by going to "Sales Manager" --> "Control Panel" --> "All Active". Then select the listing(s) and click the Vendio "Refresh" button. It should then move to the closed section within about 15 minutes. Should you continue to have trouble with this, please let us know one or two of the listing numbers where you are having this problem.

Hi Nathan - thanks for the reply but I do know that workaround ... it didn't work in this case. I was just hoping what I wasn't experiencing wasn't a precursor to an ugly Sunday evening ... which can happen, as you know! Thanks for the reply.
