Hello,

a few questions:

1. when i imported my eBay items, it imported the wrong auction/store (i owe two: auction and a store). how don i direct it to the eBay Store? the Vendio is set to my eBay store as default, but imported the auction stuff.

2. so i got the wrong items for the store and now i can not delete them. it reports that they are active! i thought i was deleting the items on my Vendio not on eBay? also must were old items that were auctioned months back! why?

summary:

how do i import one of my eBay accounts and not the other?

how do i delete the imported items inside Vendio and not the ebay active items?

thanks,
billy

Hello Billy,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to differentiate between your eBay store items and eBay auctions when importing. All listings that are associated with the eBay ID will be imported. It is also not possible to delete inventory items that have active eBay listings from your Vendio account. However, we are aware of the problem where some inventory items no longer have active listings, but can still not be deleted from Vendio. Our engineers are working on correcting this, but I do not have a specific eta available. In the meantime, you might want to move those items to a separate folder, in order to get them out of your way and work around the problem.

Regards,
Nathan

Hello Nathan,

actually both of my eBay accounts have different ids, i.e. getsprays.wtj.4237 and otes.wtj.4237. somehow my default id got items from my secondary id, i.e. getsprays got item from otes.

any idea why?

Hello,

Your 'otes.wtj.4237' ID *was* stored in your account on the 14th, though you did then remove it on the 24th.

If that ID was on file when the import was triggered, that would explain why those items are now being tracked in your account.

Chris: correct BUT it was not the default eBay ID; getsprays.wtj,4237 was the default eBay ID. n ow its the ONLY eBay ID listed.

what do you think?

did ya'll get my db i emailed you?

billy

Hello,

It doesn't make any difference what your default eBay ID is, if you have the eBay ID stored in your account and you click to import your eBay listings - then your eBay listings are imported. 'eBay listings' being the listings you currently have on eBay under the usernames you currently have stored in your account at the time of submission.

For the Database question you had we will continue to followup with you on that issue via the incident you have open with us on it, rather than in this or the other message board thread you have going for this same topic.

Regards,
Chris
