I recently noticed that my shipping costs are not showing up on the auction page under the bidding box. It will just say "Other (See Description)". It is showing the costs in the search, but not in that one area. You can use item #380172588824 as an example of it not showing. It has always listed a price there in the past, so was wondering if this is some glitch that can be fixed, or will I have to list a specific shipping service to get it to show there (i.e. Priority/Parcel Post/UPS/etc)?
I checked this listing, and I do see that the shipping cost is not showing at the top of the listing. However, it is showing in the eBay section under the "Shipping and payments" tab, which suggests that the information was sent over to eBay correctly. This is likely happening because of the custom shipping carrier that you are using (where if you had selected one of the predefined USPS or UPS fixed price options, the shipping cost would most likely show in that section). Do you also have this problem on your listings when you select a predefined USPS or UPS shipping carrier?

The only predefined carriers I use is the USPS Media and those costs are showing correctly. I did see that if you clicked on "see all details" or "shipping and payments" that they could see the costs, but its new that its not appearing in the spot below the bidding box. I started noticing in the past week or so. It started off being intermittent and now has pretty much completely disappeared. Do you know if there's a way to get it to appear there without putting a predefined carrier/service in there?
Unfortunately it looks like only the predefined carrier costs are automatically populating currently. That said, if we find a way to specify costs without the carrier and have it populate this field we'll update this thread with how to do this.
