I am switching over from blackthorne and have transferred all my info into the vendio .csv file. I have tried to upload everything but the status just stays as "to be processed". Are these on a schedule or am I doing something wrong? Thanks

Hello Blake,

I'm not sure why the files haven't processed yet. I have asked our engineers to take a look, and we will let you know once we hear back from them.
