No notice from eBay, but they ended 700+ of my listings due to handling time. When this was first required, I used turbolister to update my listings. Unfortunately, Vendio lagged far behind and the 700+ listings I listed through Vendio in the interim have been yanked. Can I get a credit from Vendio for the heartache/expense this has cost me?
When you say that you received no notice from eBay about it - do you mean they didn't say they were even thinking about ending them unless you revised them to add the RP/HT details or that they ended them and didn't even tell you why, thus your assuming this to be the cause?
While any refunds or credit requests/etc would need to be sent to the billing department via the Help link in your account, we do also want to help you figure out what actually happened here. We ran scripts to help bulk apply return policy details and handling times to listings users submitted from Vendio without them (when possible, obviously listings that eBay doesn't allow to be edited wouldn't have been changed) so most should have been OK.
If you could provide us a little more information on this issue (just a few sample item numbers would be fine to start) we would be happy to dig into it further for you, to see why RP/HT wasn't included when listed (if launched since support for them was released and had been required at the time) or why they were unable to be revised to add it if they were listed afterward and should have been eligible for revisions.
Regards,
Chris
