My XP workhorse computer has died (Fried is more like it ). My new OS is Windows 7 64-bit premium. Is there a way to bulk upload images?

I figured it out on my own. I will write what I had to do in case anyone else needs the information:
1)download "Windows Live" (free) from Microsoft: http://download.live.com/. Windows 7 does not have a Photo Gallery so you have to download and install it
2)install the xpress publisher using the link you provided for VISTA: http://apps.vendio.com/my/ihost/publisher.html
3) to bulk upload you select the images and click on "print" ->"order prints in the Live Photo Gallery. The first time I did it I had to select "Vendio" as a provider but after that it appears under the Print tab.
Hope that helps.

There are some screenshots on the download page for the XPress Publisher that show the difference between setting this up on XP Vs Vista/7 - but it does still work after XP. The only trade-off is that Microsoft removed the ability to bulk resize images during the upload process after Windows XP.

I noticed that but I use IRFANVIEW which does have a bulk resize feature so I never used that feature in the XP publisher anyway.

I tried this and it appears to be working but when I look in my image files in Vendio the images are not there. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hello Bmsjewelry,
Is this for your Vendio account "bmsjewelry", or do you have a second account with us? If this is for your account "bmsjewelry", then you have a different style of account from the other posters on this message thread. Rather than the XPress Image Publisher you would need to use the Power Uploader to upload in bulk. Please note that you will need to use Internet Explorer to do this. The Power Uploader may be located under "Auction Tools" --> "Images" --> "Upload Images" --> "Upload". If you are having trouble using the Power Uploader, please let us know.
Yes, this is for the bmsjewelry account. We have been using the power uploader for years and it has always worked great, however it will not load pictures with the new PC we recently purchased that has 64 bit Windows 7. In the power uploader it appears to be loading the photos and then when it is finished it shows that 0 photos were loaded. We've tryed this several ways including using various options within the internet options security tab. Nothing seems to work. If you have any ideas to help us figure this out it would be much appreciated. Thank you.
If you are using Vista or Windows 7 there are a few more settings you need to make to be able to use the application, in addition to setting the active X controls (that need to be set for Windows XP). You need to add our service to the trusted sites on your browser and then enable the active X controls. To do this, please go to Tools -> Internet Options in IE and in the 'Security' tab click on 'Trusted sites'. Click on the Sites button to type our domain - *.vendio.com and click on the 'Add' button. Uncheck the box that reads like - Requires server verification and click on the OK button. Apply the changes.
Next, please make sure that your browser is setup correctly for Power Uploader by taking the following steps:
1) Close all applications and open a new IE window
2) Click on Tools>>Internet Options seen on top.
3) Click on the "Security" Tab
4) Click on "Custom Level" button seen on that pop up window.
5) Make sure you have all the options selected as either "Enabled" or "Prompt" in that window. Especially the Active X headers.
After you have selected these options, click on "OK" and close that browser. Open a new IE window and login to your Vendio account and click on "Upload images" link. When you get the prompt to download Active X, click on "yes" or "install". After that the power uploader should download and install automatically.
Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this after taking the above steps.
