We just got an email from a customer in Australia trying to check out for item 270367337800 that said "Hi, I seem to have problems checking out with Vendio who claims there are no shipping carriers and fatal errors? Can you send me a direct PayPal invoice please?". I checked the link and sure enough I get an error message " • No shipping option is available for some of the items. Please check whether the items are shipped to your country, and contact the seller for a quote

There was no connection problem. This customer has used Vendio checkout in the past with no problems. It was a single item purchase.

Hello Susan,
I went to the checkout for this item, but I was able to see the shipping carriers to select without any error. Do you know if the buyer is still having trouble with this? Also, do you know which shipping carrier option they are trying to choose?
