I might have asked this before, but I can't remember your answer. I currently have 1007 items appearing in my eBay store, but 1016 showing under Vendio active listings. I refreshed all the pages and this is the amount left. It appears as if something that is on eBay is not showing up and is visible. Tell me how to correct this.

Hello,

Usually the Vendio refresh button would correct the problem, but that does not seem to be helping in this case. Have you been able to locate one of the listing numbers that is showing active in Vendio, but not in eBay, so that we can take a closer look?

Regards,
Nathan

Hello,

I was able to locate one of the listing numbers that is showing in Vendio, but not in eBay. Please take a look at your listing "380200398505". It is showing in your list of active listings in Vendio, but when I search by your seller ID in eBay and select to view a list of all of the items you are selling, it does not appear in that list. However, when I go to the listing directly the listing is active and appears on eBay.

Based on this example, it looks like the Vendio count is correct, and eBay is excluding some listings from your list of active listings for some reason. (Even though the listings are active.)

Regards,
Nathan

Nathan, thank you for providing me with that item number. I'm on the phone now with eBay to investigate this. Do you know of anyway to be able to figure out which other items are not showing up? I'm surprised you found the one.

Hello,

In order to find that one, I first pulled up your list of active listings in Vendio and set the view to show 50 on a page. Then I clicked the column header to sort by the ending time. I then searched for your seller ID in eBay, selected to view all items, selected to view 50 on a page, and then selected to sort by the ending time. Then I compared the first and last items on each of the pages, which helped narrow it down to a few listings that might be causing the problem.

It might be easier if you set the view to 25 items per page on both eBay and Vendio. Theoretically, if everything is working correctly each page should have the same item at the top and bottom of the list.

Regards,
Nathan
