I GOT 27 OF THEM - SOME TODAY AND SOME YESTERDAY APPARENTLY:

Access Failed. It appears that the eBay userid stored on this Vendio account is invalid or suspended. We have temporarily suspended eBay access for this account. Access will automatically resume one hour after the time of this error.

Does it mean the token has expired? Where do I renew it? HELP PLEASE!

I think it is working now ... I resubmitted my account information by signing into eBay and some of them launched. Almost had a heart attack

Hello,

Please let us know should the problem reappear. It is difficult to say for sure without being able to look at the account/pending listing while still in the errored state. It sounds like it was an eBay token issue. Also, sometimes eBay will temporarily suspend an eBay account for an hour or so if there have been too many successive invalid log in attempts.

Regards,
Nathan

I know I didn't try to log in unsuccessfully - maybe someone is trying to hack my account? SCARY! Odd thing is that some of my relisted auctions did launch last night and others errored out. Today I launched a bunch of FP's - but all of the auctions errored out. I rescheduled for tonight (the errored listings are all the ones pending launch tonight) and will keep my fingers crossed!

Hello,

Please let us know should the scheduled listings error again when they attempt to launch tonight (and leave at least one of them in the errored state, if possible). It sounds like the most likely reason for the problem was an expired eBay token (which you have now updated, and I was able to confirm is currently valid from looking at your account).

Regards,
Nathan

I am getting another error tonight:
02/15/2010 05:26:00 PM US-Pacific Time Zone

Unknown launch error.

Left it in pending so you can see what the problem is.

I had a total of 9 error out - including new lists. Vendio was IMPOSSIBLY slow - couldn't even get into this forum.

ie:

02/15/2010 05:37:00 PM US-Pacific Time Zone

Verification of launch was not received from eBay.

I will leave a couple and try to relaunch the rest.

Tried to relaunch - 5 are stuck in processing - just like in the old days when eBay had free listing days.

Hello,

This is likely related to the power outage at a facility that houses Vendio equipment that we had yesterday (please see the announcement). Our engineers are working on correcting the problems, and we hope to have them resolved shortly. Please be sure to check the listings that failed with this error and make sure they were not actually successful (it is possible that they were successful but Vendio is not reflecting this) prior to relaunching. We apologize for the problems this is causing and hope that they will be resolved shortly.

Regards,
Nathan

I did check and none launched. Guess this problem was just the tip of the iceberg - now closed items are affected as well.

It seems like Vendio isn't "talking" to eBay anymore (except for images ... KNOCK ON WOOD).

Dear Nathan!

Can you please define "shortly" to us regular people not familiar with vendiospeak?

This is going on for more than 24 hours, and we did see the announcement yesterday. However, we have not heard a thing since then, and why was in not fixed yesterday?

We all have customers to deal with.

It is not just re-lists that are at issue. Many sales will just not proceed to post sale.

Awaiting some answer.
