I would really like to relist tonight not in the morning. Closed auctions are not going to closed. I smacked them (clicked on them ) but they still will not go to close. That usually works.

Having the same problem. Really do not want things to relist in the middle of the night -- that is NOT good for business!
If they would just move out of active listings and into pending maybe I could cancel the relaunch but I have three items just sitting in active but say "closed" next to them.
Can someone from CS tell us what's up and give an estimate for a fix? Thanks!

I have eight that got errors. I wasted my time to find out they were not listed.
I have a ninth one that is stuck in pending.
It will not delete.
I have copied that one that is stuck, and have rescheduled the eight others all for 7 PM PST 2-16 / tomorrow.
Please remove the one that is stuck, and do not let it double list :
$295 New CATHERINE MALANDRINO Pink Stretchy Dress L (FP)
Please confirm we are done with these errors. We pay too much to have this happening yet again.

tap-tap-tap....Vendio? Are you aware of and working on the problem? Sold items are not moving to post-sale either. What should we do?

Hello,
This is likely related to the power outage at a facility that houses Vendio equipment that we had yesterday (please see the announcement -- we will update it as soon as more information is available). Our engineers are working on correcting the problems, and we hope to have them resolved shortly. We apologize for the problems this is causing.
Regards,
Nathan

Relax!
The engineers are working on the problem.
There was a power outage yesterday, and as soon as they find the switch it will be turned on.
They were looking for the switch yesterday, and after a long day of work, had to retire for the night. Very soon now, they will take another look for the switch.

My items finally closed and relisted at 3AM Eastern time. Yikes. That's unacceptable Vendio -- that's a six hour lagtime. And nowadays if something is in the auction format most of the bidding comes at the last minute -- not likely to get a lot of bidders at the last minute in the middle of the night. Not acceptable Vendio -- you cost me money on this one (and I doubt I'm the only one). Can you help us understand how a power failure at 9AM still has an impact in how you are working at 9PM?

Hello,
All closed listings should be completely processed by now (as of earlier this afternoon.)
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and are working to be sure we can avoid any scenario's like this again in the future.
As to how a power outage can cause these types of problems - it can typically make it where servers need to be restarted to get everything back up and running in sync. In doing so you can end up with a backlog of work that needs to be processed and that can take a while to catch up (processing sold items to move into closed section, generate PSM keys, send WBN's/etc.)
Please let us know if you have any further issues relating to this outage.
Regards,
Chris

I was on vacation and not affected by the outage but I'm amazed that Vendio doesn't have a mirror site it could switch to. With as many subscribers depending on Vendio as part of their livelihood, it's frightening that a single power outage can cripple them for so long.
