You state that at 8am you experienced a problem and so some things are not working right. Its now 8PM and I am having trouble launching many of my auctions. When will this issue be fixed? I would think 12 hours would have been more than enough time to fix these problems.

This is likely related to the power outage at a facility that houses Vendio equipment that we had yesterday (please see the announcement -- we will update it as soon as more information is available). Our engineers are working on correcting the problems, and we hope to have them resolved shortly. We apologize for the problems this is causing.
