I have 2 accounts with Vendio, and on both accounts I have items that have not been closing (ans some are in "closing" mode).
This is going on for 24 hours. Don't you think that an update is in order?
When will this be fixed.
I have customers who are trying to check out and can not proceed.

This is likely related to the power outage at a facility that houses Vendio equipment that we had yesterday (please see the announcement -- we will update it as soon as more information is available). Our engineers are working on correcting the problems, and we hope to have them resolved shortly. We apologize for the problems this is causing.
