I just noticed that there is something called "promotional shipping discounts" available on the eBay listing form where you can set up parameters (ie: combined orders totalling $X ship for free), check the box and the promotion will appear on the shipping tab.

Are there plans in the near future to add this to the Vendio listing form?

Hello,

There are plans to support the eBay 'promotional shipping discounts' system in the future, though no ETA is available at this time unfortunately.
