Hi I would like to add measurements of an item to one of my active listings on eBay. I wrote a great and accurate description and realized after it launched that the measurements were omitted. Now I am worried the bidders think they are getting something different than what the item actually is. We have 100% positive feedbacks and this is the first time this has happened. HELP.

Hello,
In order to add text to an active eBay listing (or make other changes to the listing), you will need to revise the listing directly through eBay and add the text.

Just a heads up that if this an auction item, if you you need to relist it, and if you relist through Vendio, the revision done on eBay will not "hold". You will have to revise it again during the Vendio relist for it to stick.

Thank you for your replies. I agree that the revisions will not stick if done through eBay. So just a confirmation...there's really no way to add something to the description at this point. However, I did reply to someone's request for the measurements of the items (what I wanted to insert) and I check the box to have it post to the auction so others could see it, and that hasn't shown up at the end either. Oh well.
