Hi,

SMP is saying the synchronization failed when I launched an auction to Vendio. But when I looked in Vendio... it's in my pending listings and looks fine.

The auction is scheduled for ebay on Monday night. Will Vendio have a problem when it comes to actually launching it to Ebay? If so, what do I need to do?

Hello Lynn,

As long as the listing is showing in the pending section of your online account, then it was sent successfully from SMPro. It is likely there was another aspect of the synchronization that failed (such as an image upload or download). If you are getting this error message every time you upload, please let us know so that we can help determine what is causing it.

Thanks Nathan,

I don't see anything wrong anywhere. In the meantime, I just updated my browser from IE7 to IE8. I'll see what happens when I get back in SMP.
