I have listings that I think would do better before Christmas. How can I put them into inventory and list them then? If I leave them in closed listings they will disappear and I don't want to do them all over again.

Hello,

To do this first go to "Sales Manager" --> "Control Panel" --> "All Closed". Then select the listing and click "Relist". Click the "Edit" link at the far right of the page. Scroll down to almost the bottom of the page and select "Save this item in my inventory". Then click "Save". After saving, just be sure not to continue the process of listing, and you will have added the item to inventory without relisting it.

Regards,
Nathan

Thanks so much, Nathan. It has been a while and I had forgotten what steps to take. You guys are so helpful and always there when we need you, no matter how dumb the question is.

Hi Nathan

Tried to put my listings in Inventory and discovered this is for STORE listings.

I want to hold my listings until Sept or Oct. They are all auctions so this won't work. Any suggestions??
tnx

Hello Neva,

The inventory items are actually for both Vendio Store and/or eBay (auction and/or fixed price) listings. The eBay details for the inventory item are saved under the "Site Specifics" section at the bottom of the inventory page (you may click the "edit" link for eBay to see the eBay details).

Regards,
Nathan

Hello Neva,

You would need to follow the steps in my first reply on this thread in order to create the inventory item. Once you have created the inventory item, you may view/edit the details by going to "Sales Manager" --> "Inventory" --> click on the title of the inventory item --> scroll down to the bottom right of the page and locate the "Site Specifics" header --> below the header are four icons, the first of which is eBay --> click on the "edit" link to the right of the eBay icon in order to view the eBay specific details for the inventory item.

Regards,
Nathan

Neva - Not sure what program you are signed up for but will add this in case it will work for you: You can bulk schedule the listings far into the future ... and then go to "control Panel" -> "pending" and cancel them. They will stay unscheduled in pending forever and you can launch right from there when you decide to list.
