One of the templates I use is not loading when I am trying to get a listing ready to launch. I looked to see that it is showing correctly on listings that have launched prior to this problem. I have not launched any listings to see if it would correct itself - I'm afraid it will show a blank template. The template in question is the raindrops one. I currently have a Spongebob Monopoly game in pending for an example.
I checked this item in your account, but the template appeared for me without a problem. If you haven't already, please try clearing your browser cache and Vendio cookies and see if that helps. If it does not, please let us know whether or not you have the same problem when using a different browser. For example, if you are using Internet Explorer try using Mozilla Firefox. Please let us know the results. Also, please let us know what results you get when doing an eBay preview of the item.

Thanks, that's what I needed to do. I was in my IE when I couldn't see it, then went into my AOL browser and could see it fine. Then I cleared my cache and could see it again. I just thought it was weird that all the other templates were fine - just this one that wasn't showing. Thanks for your help.
