I checked a few listings in both of your accounts, but was able to see the images without any problem. Could you please provide an example listing number where this is a problem, and also let us know exactly what you see where you should be able to see the images?
I checked the listing, but was able to see the images without any problem. Please confirm that you have tried the basics (clearing your browser cache and Vendio cookies). Also, please let us know whether or not this problem is happening for you on both Firefox and Internet Explorer, or only one or the other. Please also try temporarily disabling any anti-virus program that you might have running and see if that makes a difference.
Also, if you are using Firefox please check and make sure that you are not blocking Vendio hosted images. This can be done by going to "Tools" --> "Options" --> "Content" --> then click "Exceptions" to the right of "Load images automatically" and make sure that Vendio is not in the site list.

Could you please provide us with an update when you get a chance? It is unusual for two users to have Vendio images accidentally blocked in their browser at the same time (it usually happens once every other month or so). So while you could be having the same problem as Deur1, there might be something else happening with your computer.

Hi Nathan,
I was using Firefox, but I also switched to Safari and had the same problem.
The pics are fine now. I went out for a couple of hours, then accessed with my Mac laptop and the pics showed fine then back to my Mac desktop and all seems OK. I didn't change any settings whatsoever, so I still think it may have been a problem on Vendio's end.
Been a subscriber for YEARS and this has never happened b4.
BTW I also could not view any of my 62MB worth of photos stored in Vendio either.

Cannot view my 40 megs of pictures in Vendio folders, NONE
When logging in it says LOADING never stops LOADING.
Please advice. OR FIX its been this way for three days

Please be aware that the problem you are reporting is different from the other problems that have been reported in this message thread. The problem that you are reporting has been escalated to our engineers, and they are working on correcting it (I do not have an eta available at this time). In the meantime, you should be able to work around the problem by using Mozilla Firefox as your browser.
