When our Canadian customers look in the shipping area under "see all details" within an auction and they change country to Canada it is giving them our International Charge that is more than the amount we are putting in SMP in the Canada area for shipping. Can you tell us why this is happening.
Please let us know one of the listing numbers where you are having this problem, the incorrect amount that is being shown, and the amount that should be shown (so that we can take a closer look).

Hi Nathan,
It looks like all of my active auctions are affected, but here is the one of them for sure 370368470784. Our Canada shipping is $9.00 but when you click on the calculator is shows Intl shipping. Thank you, Denise

Hello Denise,
There are a couple of problems here. The first is that eBay will only allow the use of one of the "Other" boxes for international shipping (the boxes where you type in your own description of the shipping carrier). You would need to use one of the USPS or UPS options that are available in the Vendio drop-down boxes for at least one of the two international shipping options. (Otherwise eBay will only show the first "Other" box that you set up.)
The second problem is with how the default ship-to locations are set for the two international shipping options. You will need to define the Canada option as being for Canada only. This can be done from the "Shipping Carriers" section of the listing form. Scroll down to where your Canada shipping option appears and click the "Default=Item's Ship-To Loc." link to the left. Then make sure that the only box that is checked is for "Canada". Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this after making the above changes.
