We are having a problem when we list our shipping Intl and Canada they are not reflected in the Ebay pull down menu. If you look at item number 320548137498 under shipping and handling you will see the correct shipping charges as $21.95 Canada and $37.95 International, but the pull down menu is showing Intl as Canada at the top of the page under shipping. Please tell us why this is happening. Thank you
Simply writing the word "Canada" doesn't make it where only your Canadian buyers can select it, it just means it will be labeled this way in Vendio checkout. In the 'ship to locations' column on the left you can click and set a specific location rather than leaving it set to the default - which is all your international ship-to locations.
