Hi,
This is simply outrageous how Vendio is treating their long term customers. I have been with Vendio almost since the beginning, way before they were called Vendio.

My Inventory is out of synchronization and for a week I cannot get it resolved. Vendio Inventory shows my items as active on eBay while actually the auctions have ended several weeks ago.

I have almost 2,000 inventory items and I cannot check and synchronize each item by hand, so I asked Customer Service to synchronize them for me.

First I was told this is unusual and they will check what has happened. Then I was told that Vendio inventory is very accurate but they will "talk with technical department". After few emails and phone call, I have persuaded Vendio to synchronize my inventory but they said they need 5-6 days to do it. Finally, two days ago, I noticed that some of my items were synchronized but not all of them.

Each and every time I was trying to explain that I LOOSE MONEY when I think my parts are listed on eBay when actually they are not.

Is there anybody there who can just run a complete synchronization batch, so Sales Manager IE shows what is on eBay?

Hello,

As mentioned over the phone when we spoke directly, it can take up to a week to sync inventory (worst case scenario), though as always we will push to do it as soon as possible.

As it turns out it was able to be done overnight after we spoke. Our Sync tool reported and fixed 677 problems with quantities in your inventory.

While you can contact me anytime live in person, I haven't yet heard from you that this didn't resolve some of your items and we would be more than happy to check into any examples of still existing problems that you have, we only ask that you let us know so we can address it for you.

If you prefer the message board here please reply and let us know some examples so we can get started, otherwise id be happy to setup a phone call again so we can discuss this in person.

I have contacted you this morning giving you 2-4 examples of items that are not synchronized.

I prefer to deal with you directly and I posted message to the board because I just don't know what to do.
