I may have blocked bidders with 10 or less feedback but can't figure out how to change that. She only has 7
In your eBay account, go to "My eBay" --> "Account" --> "Site Preferences" --> "Selling Preferences" --> "Buyer Requirements" --> "Show" --> "Edit" --> this is where your preferences are set to block bidders/buyers based on rules. At the top of this page is a link labeled "buyer requirements exemption list". This can be used if you want to allow a buyer to bid even though they are currently being blocked based on one of your rules.
