On my Vendio selling page, the hits are not showing up, whereas if I look at my items in My eBay, they're there. What has happened to change this? Am I overlooking an option? This hasn't happened before, in 10 years or so.
I took a look at your Control Panel, but I was able to see the hits in your active listings. Perhaps I am not understanding the question correctly? Could you please let us know in more detail exactly where you are no longer seeing your hits?

Thanks. I see two now. Very odd, because My eBay shows all of them with hits, some with multiple hits. Is there some option I need to check in Vendio to get the hits that eBay is showing? ~Adele

Hello Adele,
The eBay counter and Vendio counter are separate (the eBay counter is from your eBay account and the Vendio counter is from your Vendio account). Is there a Vendio listing where the Vendio counter is not working correctly for you? I went to a few of your listings, but the Vendio counter increased by one hit for each of them.

Yes, according to Vendio, the three videos (Amadeus, Pearl Earring, and Cancer) have no hits. My eBay shows one or two for each of them.
