Hello,

Order number 2058795226 was combined with much lower shipping than we offer. We have a $2.00 discount on each additional item and we are not sure if the buyer was able to edit shipping or Vendio? Thank you

Hello,

The items this person won were setup to charge $11.95 for the first item, then just $5 for an additional item.

You do have a generic shipping discount listed in preferences of $2 off an additional item, but since you have a specific one listed at the item lever for these items already - this is what was used during checkout.

Hello,

Sorry for any confusion.

There are two places where you have defined possible discounts regarding the shipping costs.

1. On the item itself
2. In your default preferences


When you created these items you explicitly indicated that when combined into an order the cost to ship them would be only $5.

Since a specific cost was specified for this specific item when it was created - this is the discount that was used.
