My buyer just replied that she tried to pay with PayPal immediately after buying and she said she was "redirected to somewhere called Venido". They asked for additional information. She didn't know who "Venido" is and was "uncomfortable" being asked for information and wouldn't pay. Why couldn't she go directly to PayPal???? You're not helping me by making my customers mad. What's up?????
Using Vendio checkout allows Vendio to capture your post-sale data in your Vendio account so that you have access to it there. If the buyer went to PayPal directly and was not able to send you payment in that way, then it is likely you have a payment block set up in your PayPal account. In order to remove this, please first log in to your PayPal account. Then go to your Payment Receiving Preferences and you should see the setting under Profile --> Selling Preferences.
