We just purchased a new Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit operating system computer to replace our dead xp machine. After we have cropped and saved images in .jpeg format we cannot drag and drop images into the standard image gallery. Please help. Thanks

Hello,
I'm not sure that I am understanding correctly where exactly you are trying to drag and drop your images into Vendio. When uploading images to Vendio, are you using the XPress Image Publisher, Sales Manager Pro, or our website?

We are dragging and dropping into SMP. The files are in Windows 7 Explorer. When we "select all images" from our file and drag, the images will not drop into SMP.

For the heck of it I uploaded 2 pics through the Vendio Image Hosting website and the pics were accepted fine. When I synced SMP took them no problem.

Hello,
I am sorry for the trouble you are having with this. While some of our customers have been successful using SMPro on a Windows 7 or Vista machine, others have not been successful. Please try running the program in compatibility mode, and see if that helps. In order to do this, right-click on the desktop icon for SMPro. Then select "Properties" and go to the "Compatibility" tab. Then select to run the program in compatibility mode and try each of the options one at a time to see if one of them will work for you.

Hello,
If you only used Sales Manager Pro as a way to bulk upload images - you do have a number of other options available. The best is the XPress Publisher option, as you can use your Windows Live Photo gallery to upload pictures in mass directly to your Vendio account.
If however you need Sales Manager Pro to create listings while disconnected from the internet - there is another way to add images in bulk in Sales Manager Pro. This is showing how to do it from the image bar at the bottom, but it works exactly the same by clicking the 'browse' button while creating a new batch item as well:
Just click the little icon to add an image, and when you find the folder with your pictures in it - instead of just picking one picture, select a group of them by clicking and dragging a box around all the pictures you want. (holding down the CTRL key and clicking them one by one works as well)
