I have used Vendio to list on ebay for the past 10-11 years and thought I was pretty adept to maneuvering around Vendio. Or so I thought...
I started a new account tonight to sell a different item under a different ID. I feel like I have walked onto a different planet. NOTHING is the same- I have no idea what I am even looking at. What I use now is SM Merchandising, and that is what I want for my new account, however none of those pages, features, etc are to be found. The pages are totally unfamiliar. I can't even FIND an option to sign up for SM Merchandising. I think I may have signed up for a Vendio store(?) by mistake? ... something about a free 60 day trial. Maybe I did click on the wrong thing but I can't figure out why I can't even see an option for SM Merchadising. I need image hosting, create listing [for ebay] and post sale tools- and these are no where to be found!
Help!
I have signed out and gone back to the main page. AGAIN, there is no option for SM Merchandising and everything seems to have the word 'store' in it. I could care less about having a Vendio store. I have one with my main account and can take it or leave it.

Hello,
There are a few different platforms available currently and if you would like another using the exact same tools you have now - we can send you the link needed to register an account under that platform instead.
Just email us to cancel the new one that you setup and let us know you wish to open one with the Merchandising Edition - we'll send you the link needed to register and clear the email address from your newer account so you can use it as the default for the new SMME account.
