Unfortunately, while some of our customers have been able to use Sales Manager Pro successfully on a Windows 7 machine, others have not been successful. Please do try all of the different compatibility modes, as sometimes that helps. You can do this by right clicking on the icon for Sales Manager Pro and then clicking the properties option. Try first running it in Win XP SP2 mode, but try the others as well if the issue persists.
The other option would be to use the online version of our services, which has the same features as the Sales Manager Pro software.
