i think that my time now is 2 month how can i reduce the time for my picture stay in vendio ??? i know how to empty the recycle bin.

Hello,
You may change the preferences for your future image uploads by going to "Images" --> "Preferences". However, for your images that have already been uploaded you would need to delete the ones you do not need manually, unfortunately.

this is a shame that you guys try to suck every penny you can , you charge for recycle bin , also the options you give in time is 30 days and next is 45 days !!! why i cant put my own days like 40 days or 35 days ???
this is not right .
i like to have 35 days before you automatic raise my cost on pictures to $50.00 .

Hello,
You may delete any of your images at any time that you like. To delete an image go to "Image Hosting" --> select the image(s) --> then click "Delete". Once you have emptied the Recycle Bin (which we have in case you delete an image by mistake -- you can still restore it), the images are no longer counted towards your image storage. The purpose of the auto-delete option is if you want us to automatically delete images that are not being used for you, based on when they were last viewed.
Please note that your current storage is 477.39 MB. Also note that you are grandfathered in to an old plan, where your Image Hosting usage is credited based on your Sales Manager usage. As long as your Sales Manager fees stay around where they have been for over the past two years, your image storage could increase to as high as 10 GB before you would pay us anything for Image Hosting. (Your Image Hosting would continue to be credited in full each month, and you would continue to not pay one penny for it, as has been the case for over the past two years.)

i dont pay nothing on pictures but at this time you have $35.00 of my money , if i go over 500 you will have $50.00 of my money , why i cant automatic delete after 35 or 40 days ??? give me one lagit reason for this .

You are grandfathered in to an old version of Image Hosting where your Image Hosting is credited based on your Sales Manager usage. Please check your bill and you will see where the $34.99 charge is being credited each month. You are paying us $0.00 per month for Image Hosting, and will continue to do so as long as your Sales Manager usage does not drop, and your image storage amount does not go above 10 GB (more than double the amount of images you are using currently).
