I posted about this problem some time ago - it still is happening.
Check out this item: 160493107927. The "n" from "train" is dropped but it is correct on the Vendio part of the title. This is a relist from item 150485479914 which was titled correctly. I don't see that I revised it.
This happens frequently - I can't figure out why! There is room for more characters in the title so that can't be it.

Note that this item is a relist of the last item that you posted about this issue with, so whatever caused this to happen on the original item must be the same that made it happen upon a relist as well.
We'll have to continue watching for others to compare it to, as nothing obvious is showing as to why the title appears this way when it seems to be setup properly in the Vendio side. (an interesting note is that when you copy this item and preview it, it shows the N missing from the description area as well.)
If you have any other examples we can look at please let us know.
