Which would be the best image size and resution for the best clarity on eBay”
5” x 4” at 72 or 1” x .5” at 480?
Will they show up the same size on eBay ? But the latter with more detail, or does it matter?
Your usually better off taking the best image you possibly can and scaling down than you are taking it at the resolution you want in the end. With the various camera's and software out there there's no right or wrong way, but from experience I usually shoot at the max I can get out of the camera (without switching to RAW format) and then use Picasa's exporting tool to make them 1024 pixels wide at the max (or 800 wide if im displaying them at full size in the description.)
