I checked your account, but noticed the last .csv import attempt was on January 1st. Please try again now, and should you continue to have trouble with this forward us a copy of the .csv file, so that we can take a look.

I just upload my csv file but still get same result. The error message about this upload "Importing these items and their associated images requires more image storage space. To complete the import, you'll need to subscribe to an Image Hosting plan".
How to forward the csv file to you?

Thank you for the update. I was able to duplicate the problem with my own test file in your account (so it is not necessary to send a copy of the import file). I have asked our engineers to take a look, and we will let you know as soon as we hear back from them.
I wanted to let you know that I have heard back from our engineers, and this problem should now be corrected. However, please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.
