Several hours ago I ended four items in eBay (they were sold in my bricks & mortar shop). However, they are not showing up in my Vendio closed items. These items were --

ROUND Green FRUIT Painted TOLE WARE TOLEWARE TRAY

ANTIQUE Victorian c1880 OVINGTON'S SILVER PLATED BASKET

SILVERPLATED Footed Covered SERVING BOWL w/Glass Insert

Fine ANTIQUE 13" Silver Plated HANOVERIAN LADLE

Any ideas how to get them moved into closed? Thanks!

Hello,

I refreshed the first two listings for you, and they moved into the closed section. The other two listings had already moved into the closed section. If you need to do this in the future, you may refresh a listing by going to "Sales Manager" --> "Control Panel" --> "All Active" --> put a check mark in the box to the left of the listing and click the Vendio "Refresh" button (at the top of your list of active listings).

Regards,
Nathan

Thanks Nathan - you said that two were already in closed? I sure didn't see them. I've been in Vendio all day -- I'm having the usual Sunday listing day (good activity while watching football). Anyway, thanks for the advice -- I'll try that again if that's the way to force them into the closed listings. Any reason that you know of as to why they didn't move into closed automatically when I cancelled them from eBay? I've never had this happen before in my 10+ years with Vendio! (thought I'd seen every bug...).
Anyway, thanks, as always, for your help.

Hello,

The last two were in closed when I checked (at least listings with the same title). They might have just moved over. This often happens when a listing is ended early, as our system is not expecting it to be closed. Rather than checking the eBay system at the anticipated close time for an update, our system has to specifically hear from eBay's system that the listing has closed early. Using the refresh button tells our system to check eBay's system for the current status right away.

Regards,
Nathan
