I am trying to list an auction titled Vintage 1971 Harlem Globetrotters Board Game Basketball. I have 7 pictures with the listing and the last two show up as squares of x's and o's in yellow, black, etc. When you click on them to enlarge the actual pictures show up - also they show when selected. Please help.

Hello Jane,
I checked this item in your account, but am able to view these images without any display issues. It's likely just a browser/cache problem. See if you can clear your temp files and then refresh the page to clear this display issue and let us know if the issue persists.

Thanks for your reply Chris. I have cleared the cache, dumped the auction and redid it several times, cleared the pictures and reloaded them, done everything I can think of. One picture came back on Harlem Globetrotters, one did not (harlem006). Now I have Ideal Toys 1968 Battling Tops Board Game in pending with two pictures that are doing the same thing (Battling003 and battling004)

Hello,
I can see all of the pictures for both listings perfectly. I wouldn't bother with reloading them or re-taking them or anything, it's still just a browser/display problem. The only variable may be the ISP, as with AOL it's hard to truly clear your cache as they actually have a cache that is on the server side.
See if you can go directly into the Vendio website from Internet Explorer without the AOL framed window, or try any other browser you have on this system to view the listing and see if you can view those images without this display issue.

Wow, it's getting worse. Sorry for the trouble.
If you haven't already, try just restarting the whole computer and let me know if the problem persists. Let me know also which of the steps mentioned above was the one you tried that netted you the same results.

I just unscheduled the auction, deleted the picture from the auction, deleted the picture from Vendio, renamed the picture, reloaded it, went back to the auction and put it on with the new name and IT WORKED. Kind of the long way around the horn, but now I will try it on the other auction and see how it goes. My frustration level is high, but if this works I will be happy.

Hello,
You could have spent no time at all on them, simply launched them, and it would have looked exactly the same to everyone else.
If you run into this again don't spend too much time recreating images, we would need to work on why your not seeing them properly instead so you don't have to worry about what they look like to others.
