The last two listing days that I've launched several items, I've gotten errors from eBay about the Gallery Picture not loading properly. It gives me links to fix the problem, which I've done. However, I was wondering if you knew what might be causing this problem. I just had to fix about 10 of them and it's kind of irritating. Thanks if you can shed some light on this.

Hello,
Are you just resubmitting the same URL as they were provided initially, and then they are accepting that same picture without an error?
Or are you resubmitting the gallery image another way?
We have seen a few of these recently and the engineers are looking into why, as the images all appear to be formatted the exact same way as they have always been (in many cases it is coming up on a relist of a previous item, where the image was accepted the first time around without issue.)

I am submitting the original URL the way it was sent initially. The fix gives me the URL and has me click on "retry". I click on that a couple of times and click on the source a couple of times and then it loads.

For several days I have been getting these emails , randomly, I think I got 7 yesterday. I go in and fix it. It is not like I have nothing else to do. I would appreciate the problem be fixed.
There was an issue generating the Gallery picture
Why it didn't work:
We were unable to download your picture.
Here's how to fix it:
Either the Internet was very busy when we tried to download your picture and we could not get through, or the Web server hosting your picture is not functioning correctly. Contact your Web server administrator to make sure the server is okay.
You can provide a new URL, or request that we try to download your picture again, by going to:

Hello,
We have been going back and forth for a few days with this - trying to find out why it would be an issue, when finally last night eBay posted to their own developer board that they are aware of the issue and working on it, but didn’t list any available workarounds or ETA’s.
We’ll stay on top of it in case there is anything we can do to help control this situation, but hopefully eBay is quick to react in this case as it’s effecting a large number of users.

Hello,
Unfortunately, this is a problem on eBay's end that will need to be fixed by eBay. Here is a link to where they have acknowledged that this is a problem on their end:
